Over at aikido-l Larry (hi Larry!) posted that he'd taught a Neil Young aikido class, based on the line "though we rush ahead to save our time, we are only what we feel..."
and I laughed because it so clearly resonated as the essence of the training I was trying to do the last period of time I was able to train and so I wanted to share it here....
