Jiyushinkai Aikibudo Seminar

Hey budobabes. I just posted this as an event, and wanted to follow us: If you are in the Bay Area, I recommend checking out Chuck Clark. He is separate from the mainstream of aikido, but I've had the privilege of meeting/training with him a couple of times at aikido-l seminars, and he is a gifted instructor working with--and this is my attempt to articulate it-- principles of soft non-resistance to undermine the partner's structure. And he and his students are very welcoming of folks from all schools and styles who sincerely want to train with an open heart.
Should be a good weekend.

The other night Sensei Bob was talking about Systema & he pretty much described it the same way-"soft non-resistance" or deep yeilding- uke couldn't get a hand on nage, kept kinda sliding off...

Shall I contact Toby & see if I can do just the Saturday?

Yes, one day attendance IS ok--the schedule and pricing is:
      Saturday 9 am – 12 pm, 3 pm – 6 pm
      Sunday 9 am – 12 pm, 2 pm – 4 pm
      Full weekend $100
      One day $60
Of course if you have any martial arts related goods and services and discuss them during the long break, it IS a business expense (smile)
